BP – Shah Deniz

We were heavily involved in the  Shah Deniz gas field development, led by BP and managed by TechnipFMC. We worked under a subcontract with Inspecta, Norway, focusing on two key locations: Moreld Agility’s facility in Tonsberg and Odda Technology’s site in Odda, Norway.

Our task at the Tonsberg facility involved Radiographic Testing and Interpretation for small bore pipework and tubing, critical for ensuring the safety and quality of these components. In Odda, our focus shifted to radiographic and ultrasonic testing of clad pup pieces, an important part of the subsea infrastructure.

By applying our expertise in radiographic inspection, Triton Inspections played a vital role in the Shah Deniz project, contributing to the overall success and reliability of the development.
